How to submit a proposal
To help us evaluate your project efficiently, please follow these steps:

- Fill in the proposal form and email it (and, if available, a sample chapter or full manuscript) to:
info@minervaacademic.com
Please include “Book proposal – [Your Surname] – [Short Title]” in the email subject line.
What happens next?
Once we receive your proposal form:
- • It will be reviewed in-house to assess fit with our list and publishing strategy.
- • Suitable projects will be sent for external academic review.
- • If the reports are positive, we will discuss a publishing contract with you and agree on schedule, length, and production details.
We welcome proposals at any stage—from early concept to completed manuscript—and are especially supportive of first-time authors, edited volumes, and translations of
significant works that deserve an English-language readership.
